Due to the spread of the COVD-19, the company decided to cancel all overseas tours since the end of January 2020.
Due to the border closures, all tours were cancelled from the end of March 2020, and have not resumed for more than two years.
In response to the exemption for re-entry into Japan and the lowering of the infectious disease risk information level for New Zealand, the tour planning team have confirmed that the local safety and acceptance systems were in place, and has decided to resume tour operations from 16th July 2022. The local New Zealand branches will provide 24-hour support for customers arriving from Japan.
