HIS Welcomes New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon for Joint “TabiPa” Promotion
On 18 June 2024, New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon visited the headquarters of HIS (H.I.S. Co., Ltd.) in Tokyo. He met with representatives from the New Zealand Government Tourism Bureau, Air New Zealand, and HIS to discuss and confirm a collaborative promotion aimed at boosting outbound travel to New Zealand.
Prime Minister Luxon and other key speakers highlighted the unique appeal of New Zealand’s diverse landscapes, rich culture, and abundant wildlife. They shared plans to enhance the travel experience for Japanese tourists and increase the number of seats on the Narita route to New Zealand by 30,000 from November to March.
HIS has launched a special campaign website, “TabiPa New Zealand x HIS,” offering a chance for customers booking a New Zealand tour to win an original candle from campaign ambassador Juri Ueno’s brand “Tuikauri.”
